Thank you for shopping at Orgasms.com! We’re here to make your experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected—so we’ve created a fair and clear return policy to help guide you.
General Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products and the fact that we fulfill orders through various dropship partners, not all items are eligible for return. Please review the guidelines below carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
Unopened & Unused Items:
You may return most unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to return approval.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- If your item included free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending anything back.
Opened Items:
For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are not returnable, unless they are defective or arrive damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, we’ve got you covered:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Email support@orgasms.com with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue.
- If the product is deemed defective or damaged, we’ll offer either:
- A free replacement (subject to availability), or
- A full refund to your original method of payment.
In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label or request return of the defective item for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons and in line with industry standards, the following are non-returnable:
- Opened or used toys
- Lingerie (unless unopened in original sealed packaging)
- Lubricants, oils, or any consumables
- Bundled kits once opened
- Any product marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if your item is defective and a direct replacement is available. Non-defective exchanges or exchanges for alternate items (size, color, preference) are not supported.
Holiday Return Extension
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year. All other return conditions still apply.
Important Notes
- All returns must be pre-authorized with an RMA. Items sent without authorization may be refused.
- Refunds are issued within 10–15 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
- Returns must be securely packaged. Damaged returns due to poor packaging may result in a denied refund.
- Orgasms.com reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy criteria.
Warranty & Policy Limitations
- Warranty is void if serial tags, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed or tampered with.
- Warranty is also void due to misuse, mishandling, or intentional damage.
Shipping & Merchant Policy Compliance
- We ship only to the continental United States.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- Shipping rates are calculated transparently and displayed at checkout, based on product weight, order total, and destination.
- Estimated delivery time is typically 2–4 business days, though actual transit time may vary by location.
- All shipping and return policies are designed to meet Google Merchant Center compliance requirements.
